1. There is blackish suffusion and strigulation along the first median veins . 2. It is slender, and the median vein in the wing is straight. 3. Median vein 1 and 2 have short trunks.4. Males hava tuft of black hairs on the second vein where it meets the median vein . 5. The hindwings have a well-defined margin tinged reddish in the median veins and greenish olive anally. 6. The costa and front of the cell medially are white, as are the submedian and median veins . 7. The forewings are grey-brown with a blackish inner line which is angled on the median vein . 8. In some specimens there is a very dark brown shading from base of the wing along the median vein . 9. The ground colour of the forewings is cream suffused with ochreous and dotted with brown between the median veins . 10. The hindwings are grey, in males with the margins of the lower median vein hyaline towards the base.
